Mark Whittle
Mark Whittle is a CSES partner. Mark has more than 12 years experience in carrying out public policy consulting work for clients including the European Commission and national and regional authorities in the UK and elsewhere. He has expertise in carrying out evaluations across the evaluation lifecycle. Policy specialism include: regional policy and economic development, employment (including labour legislation), social affairs and inclusion , equality and diversity, incubators, internalmarket issues and science parks. Prior to joining CSES, Mark worked for Ernst & Young Management Consultancy Services in London. He has a first-class degree from Swansea University.
