Andrew Howard
Andrew Howard is a CSES consultant and is predominantly involved in EU evaluation and impact assessment work. He was previously a non-permanent expert for the European Network for Rural Development where he researched the impact of Rural Development Programmes and initiatives. He has worked on evaluations in the fields of EU social policy and has project managed EU justice and home affairs assignments. In addition, he researched business incubation activities for a DfID assignment in the Russian Federation. He holds a first class degree in Politics BSc (Hons) and a European Public Policy MA from the University of Manchester.
