Achilleas Tsamis
Achilleas Tsamis is a CSES consultant. Achilleas holds a doctoral degree in regional planning from the London School of Economics, prior to which he studied chemical engineering and technology policy in the National Technical University of Athens in Greece and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the US. In the past, Achilleas has worked for the management company of the Technology Park of Thessaloniki and for a brief period in the European Commission, DG Enterprise and Industry. Since joining CSES, Achilleas has been involved in a number of evaluation and impact assessment assignments for the European institutions. His areas of specialisation include innovation and enterprise policy, regional development, incubators and science and technology parks.
