Report on the Evaluation of Procedures for Financial Reconstruction of Enterprises in Financial Distress

The final report of the project carried by CSES titled “Evaluation of Member State Procedures for Financial Reconstruction of Enterprises in Financial Distress” has recently been published.

The project considered different approaches to financial reconstruction of firms in financial distress available in four member States:the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. The project identified practices generally considered to be helpful to encouraging entrepreneurship and retaining employment and minimising loss of human capital that could occur if firms are in situations of financial distress.
