CSES

 

CSES recently completed an Evaluation of the Financial Services ConsumerGroup(‘FSCG’). The work was undertaken on behalf of the European Commission’sDG Internal Market and Services, Unit G1 (Financial Services Policy). The FSCG is a key forum at EU level for engaging with consumer organisations onfinancial services issues. The evaluation reviewed the efficiency andeffectiveness of the group since its establishment 3 years ago.
