CSES and Technopolicy Network organised for one more year the annual award for the "BestScience Based Incubator". This year the winners of the award were announced during the 8th annual Incubator Conference “Incubators as Stimulators of Regional and International Innovation & Growth” that took place on 19 & 20 November in Stockholm, Sweden. Established and new incubators from all over the world were evaluated and ranked based on a common set of criteria that included the rate of activity growth, the self-sustainability of the incubator activity, the return on incubator investments achieved and the client feedback. Evidence was obtained from a survey of science-based incubators  and an international expert jury helped in the final judgment. The winners were @Wales Digital Media Initiative from the UK (category of established incubators) and InQbator of Poznan Science & Technology Park from Poland (category of new incubators). In total 19 incubators were awarded for their performance.
